Skanska Polska has its new headquarters in the Spark building in Warsaw’s Wola district. The construction, office, and residential company occupies approximately 7,400 square meters on five floors of the first of three buildings in the complex. This is the first shared headquarters for all Skanska business units operating in Poland! It was an interesting idea to use the company’s flagship investments as the main theme of the interiors.
We designed thematically related graphics and installations on each floor. These are our interpretations of these projects and variations on Skanska’s corporate identity. In addition to traditional plywood and aluminum, innovative materials such as Corten steel, Chobotek moss, and bicycle frames were used in the project.
In addition to Kolektyf, Skanska invited illustrator Olka Osadzińska to collaborate, and BB Media handled the implementation of our designs.
